Terms & Refund Policy

Using the server

SMK is a community FiveM server. By playing you agree to follow the city rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment and advertising other servers may result in removal without refund.

Store purchases

Store items are digital, virtual and for use only within SMK. They have no cash value and are not transferable outside the game. Prices are shown in GBP and paid via PayPal.

Delivery

Items are delivered to the save slot you select, instantly if you are online or on your next join if offline. Check the selected player and save slot before paying.

Refunds

Because items are delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are final once delivered, subject to your statutory rights. If an order is not delivered, is delivered incorrectly, or is faulty, contact us on Discord with your PayPal transaction ID and we will fix it or refund you. Chargebacks or disputes opened without contacting us first may lead to a ban.

Not pay-to-win

Store items are for convenience and cosmetics. Progress can also be earned through gameplay.

Service changes

The server is provided as-is. Features, prices and items can change, and the server may be unavailable at times.

Disclaimer

SMK is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.
